CEO CO-FOUNDER As CEO, Mark oversees the full spectrum of HSG activity, from long-term strategic direction to ensuring delivery of the organisation’s goals in its day-to-day operations. He is Architect of the Phoenix Fintech and Gryffin Finance crypto trading software systems, Co-Developer of HSG’s proprietary financial trading strategies and is driving HSG’s transformation and digitalisation to SaaS. Mark is an agile systems thinker and holds a vision for radical whole-system change. He excels at designing and executing business architecture, managing complex logistics, envisioning and scaling long-term strategies, building high-performing teams and leveraging successful solutions. A seasoned entrepreneur for 29 years, he’s previously founded several diverse businesses, was an award-nominated event producer, a successful professional trader and taught his proprietary financial trading methods to hundreds of students internationally for a decade.

CHIEF RISK OFFICER ADVISOR Oliver provides strategic advice and guidance on identifying potential risks and opportunities to align HSG’s risk management with broader business objectives, to enable sustainable growth and resilience in an ever-evolving market. He leverages his exceptional analytical skills and strategic thinking to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance the firm’s risk framework in line with legislation and industry standards. In addition to his technical proficiency, Oliver brings a valued perspective to executive discussions, balancing quantitative analysis with qualitative insights. His ability to communicate complex risk concepts clearly and persuasively has made him a trusted advisor to the executive team. Oliver is a seasoned finance executive with over 22 years as a senior bank leader within the UK financial services sector, specialising in fraud, risk & quality assurance for institutions including the Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest Group. He is a Certified Chartered Manager, Project Management qualified in lean and agile delivery for over 2000 projects from conception to delivery, Quality Standard BSI Accredited and an award-winner of customer excellence.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER As Accounts Manager, Jacquie’s role includes processing the monthly management accounts, day to day accounting/book-keeping activities, customer support and assisting the team with a variety of administrative tasks. She brings 30 years of independent book-keeping experience to HSG, managing a large portfolio of accounts focusing on businesses specialising in sustainability and natural living. Prior to this she spent 6 years in office administration for the independent government body the Electricity Consultative Council and a number of other organisations. Jacquie has earned a positive reputation over the years for her thorough, reliable and consistent work and is a long-term trusted member of the HSG team.

CCO CO-FOUNDER As HSG Co-Founder and CCO, Yasmin is involved in multiple creative & logistical roles across Communications, Operations and Design departments, including developing the organisation’s strategic communications as well as playing a pivotal role in the execution of project plans, orchestrating day-to-day operations and community relations with clients, investors and the public. She functions as Creative Director for HSG’s impactful brand image and writes, designs and produces all communication materials, website and media content. Yasmin excels in cross-lateral thinking, versatility and streamlining operational efficiency to develop an environment of high performance and productivity and is committed to delivery with excellence. She brings 30+ years’ multi-disciplinary experience from various leading London institutions across finance, academic research, health and event production, has co-authored peer-reviewed publications in clinical psychology and is an award-nominated event producer.

SENIOR DATA ARCHITECT AI/ML ADVISOR Nurul is a Senior Data Architect and Machine Learning specialist and advises on HSG’s technical development strategy in order to drive the integration of advanced data solutions and machine learning algorithms to optimise operations. His deep understanding of data architecture enables him to design scalable systems that support complex analytical needs while ensuring data integrity and security. With a strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM), he brings a unique perspective to data governance and security, implementing robust IAM frameworks that safeguard sensitive information while facilitating seamless access for authorized users. His strategic vision ensures that data management practices align with business goals, allowing HSG to leverage data as a competitive advantage. Nurul is a seasoned technology veteran bringing over 40yrs experience across Computer Science, Software Development and Enterprise Architecture of leading and executing large multi-year projects and managing global teams in organisations including Ernst & Young, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield and Citi.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER Matt creates and executes graphic design content for HSG’s internal and external communication materials, working closely alongside Yasmin in our Design department. With over 26 years working on a vast array of creative projects he brings a considerable array of design skills and tools across all medias to HSG. He’s worked for AV organisations, PR & advertising agencies, production companies, event organisers and some of the largest multinational, blue chip companies in the media, finance, IT & communications, retail, transport and third sectors.

COO As COO for HSG’s financial operations, Josh leads the day to day management of the Trading Operations and Oversight functions and provides strategic guidance in the delivery of the Phoenix Fintech Trading Platform. He is responsible for trading account consolidation, developing and documenting HSG’s trading systems’ risk policies and overseeing compliance and regulatory requirements for both fiat and crypto systems and is principal liaison in ongoing relations with our liquidity providers. Josh is analytical, details-oriented and meticulous in approach, possessing in-depth technical knowledge of financial operations to ensure operational best practice. He brings over 20 years in trading execution and operational leadership across traditional futures, FX and digital assets to HSG, as a Trading Consultant and professional derivatives trader, experience of working with high-net wealth, family offices and institutional clients, was Director and Head of Trading for one of the 1st EIF Crypto Funds, and has a strong academic background in Finance Investment, Economics and Compliance.

FUND ADVISOR Andrew is a Finance veteran advising HSG on Phoenix Fund management and business development strategy to guide and enhance the overall performance of HSG’s operating model and upcoming fund offerings. With a proven track record as CEO/Co-Founder of a successful award-winning fintech start-up that got bought by a Fortune 500 company, he has worked with a global client base of institutional investors and platform managing over $30bn of assets. He combines strategic acumen with hands-on operational knowledge, leveraging his deep domain expertise to navigate the complexities of the investment landscape effectively. In addition to his technical expertise, Andrew is a strong advocate for collaborative business development and excels at building relationships with stakeholders, fostering partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives. He brings over 25+ years experience in the UK financial services sector across areas including Risk Management, Operational Due Diligence, Hedge Fund Allocation, Product Development and Portfolio Management, alongside experience in the third sector as Chairman, Trustee and Volunteer in an education and livelihoods NGO that has raised over £3M to support rural communities in Nepal, India, Tanzania and Uganda.

SALES & MARKETING ADVISOR Pimms advises on the go-to-market strategy for the Gryffin Finance platform and business development strategies to help shape HSG’s growth trajectory and enhance its competitive positioning. With a proven track record at the Global Director level at organisations including Wilmington plc. and Standard & Poors, Pimms has decades of experience in: opening and managing multi-million pound sales, marketing and product development divisions; delivering bespoke business intelligence products to investment banking and fund management industries; managing global offices for existing and emerging markets; developing and tailoring new products; and managing partnerships and identifying new markets for commercial gain. Pimms combines strategic insight with a grounded perspective to help position the company for sustained success in the competitive finance landscape.

SENIOR TRADE ANALYST As Senior Trader Analyst, James carries out ongoing back testing, forward testing and stress testing of HSG’s multiple algorithmic trading systems and deep analysis of system logs and trade reports. He is also Co-Developer of Phoenix Fintech trading strategies. James is highly proficient at market data analysis with proven expertise in detecting major trend factors across various markets and brings a high level of technical trading knowledge of various instruments and asset classes backed up by many years of experience. He brings over 10 years experience as a forex and cryptocurrency trader to HSG and prior to this, had a background in marketing financial products and investment plans for Credit Suisse and Abbey National.

HEAD OF SUSTAINABILITY ADVISOR Ruth works closely with HSG as a specialist advisor on regenerative impact to develop our sustainability policies, philanthropy frameworks and strategic connections with environmental projects. She is an accomplished Environmental Consultant and Public Speaker with expertise in areas of ESG, Regenerative Design and Leadership, Environmental Management Systems and Strategic Corporate Philanthropy and has a passion for creating win-win-win connections that develop the self, build community and are in service to planetary regeneration. She has a strong background in Environmental Consultancy for organisations including Lush Cosmetics, Regenerosity and the Blueprint Alliance amongst others and is part of various regenerative leadership fellowships and online programmes such as Regen Intel Foundations Course and Bioleadership Fellowship.
